How to Replace Your Flagpole Halyard

At some point you will need to replace your flagpole halyard on your one piece flagpole. A good plan is to do so every 2 years. The attached video link will show you how to easily do it. A broken halyard on a one piece flagpole can be expensive and will require a Cherry Picker. One change I would suggest is to use electrical tape in place of Duct Tape. Much more flexible and will feed through the pulley easier. Just tape as tight as possible.
