The 20-foot and 25-foot Titan flagpoles feature an impressive 3-inch base diameter, making them 30% stronger than other telescoping flagpoles. Additionally, these flagpoles offer seven times the internal bearing surface, which reduces wobbling between sections.
Each flagpole has a 3-inch gold ball, a double flag harness, a ground sleeve, a premium 4'x6' U.S. flag (3'x5' for our 15-foot and 20LT models), an instruction sheet, and a limited lifetime warranty card. I knew NOTHING about flagpoles when I came across Bob. He listened to my needs and recommended this pole for my situation. It took less than a week to arrive, installation was straight forward and easy. After a two day cure time for the concrete, Old Glory flies high above my home. I also bought the light kit as well as an aluminum escutcheon plate. Not only did I find the quality of the product(s), including the free flag superb, I found Bob and his truly Christian way of doing business second-to-none. Unprecedented in todays world.

We had some trouble with our pole and it was not even a year old. We got the parts that we needed and they were free. Now the shipping was not and it cost us $14.00 So when my husband got the parts he had notice that the pole itself and a cut thru it. So we called the customer care number and got no where. So i got on the phone and called Bob’s flagpole. No one answer so I thought I would wait call later. Well needless to say I got a phone call from Bob himself. Now that was a real surprise. I did tell him what had happen and how customer service wanted to charge me for the pole. He told no way and that he was going to call them himself and he did. He called us back three time that day to make sure of the size and how sorry he was about the pole. He also had customer service call us too. I now have a pole and we are very excited to put it together. Thank you Bob and it really was nice talking to you. Keep up the good work.

The 25 foot Titan Flagpole is awesome. I was going to buy the 20 foot flagpole, but glad I got the 25 foot. It definitely has the “wow†factor. Very fast shipping, great customer service, and easy to install. The only thing I did different from the instructions, is that I used a 12 inch diameter cardboard cement tube from Lowes. I put the flagpole in a location where I pulled out a tree stump. Because the ground was loose, I first buried the cardboard tube in the ground, tamped the soil around it, then added pea gravel, the sleeve, and then concrete. I also went a little deeper to ensure the flagpole would not move in high winds. Worked great.

Got my flag pole and it was exactly as I expected it to be. The only issue was that the mail service crushed the finial sent separately. I emailed Bob and he sent a new one right away. Great customer service no questions asked.

I've had many a flagpole over the years but I can tell you this will be my last! This is a beast of a flagpole no more flimsy pot metal aluminum snap in half poles for me. Installed this on 4/21/20 and it's already been put to the test here in central NY with substantial winds. We've had 2 days of 25 to 40 mph sustained winds with gust over 50 mph and this titan pole is as straight as an arrow! Don't waste your $ on any other pole, buy A Titan telescoping Pole you will not be disappointed

I was hesitant to get a telescoping pole after the first one I got from another company bent like a fishing pole in light winds. I spoke with Bob and he assured me of the quality of this pole. Definitely built better than any of the other telescoping poles I've seen. Handles my 4X6 and 3X5 flags even in high winds easily.

i ordered the 25' poles for my sons grave was surprised when it came only 4 days later!! was very easy to install had about 20 people to attend the dedication of the flag and pole for 4th of july one of my friends is going to get one too he loved the black finish and the ease of putting it up!! son was a us army vet ranger and a fire fighter this is how he lost his life
